Client - Beyond Calories (Nutritionist)

Beyond Calories - the name says it all. The founder Richita is on a mission to educate her community about how food serves different purposes and therefore, are simply, more than just about calories.

In an era where certain food groups are demonized, she aimed for a brand that essentially educates, transforms and revamps mindsets about food.​​​​​​​

The essence behind the logo - transformation. Even though the founder intends to talk about food, calories and food cultures, we chose to NOT use food elements in the logo.

Why not?
- to avoid looking like a food vendor
- to give the brand a distinction
- to allow the brand room for future expansion

We chose to highlight the brand’s primary aim - transforming thought processes and mindsets about nutrition.
